The Institute will not entertain requests for fee refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to tuition fees, registration fees, and any other fee associated with the academic programme.

Jurisdiction Clause : To streamline legal proceedings and ensure consistent outcomes, all legal matters, including but not limited to refund cases, disputes, and contractual issues, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lucknow District Court. Parties involved in legal proceedings related to Masters' Union must file their cases exclusively in the Gurgaon District Court and not in any other city's court.
