CHECKING WARRANTY

(a) While checking the screen by the Technician before fitting, if it does not work then we need to pick up the phone to our service center, get it serviced, and deliver the phone to your doorstep.

(b) Once the screen replacement is done customer should run an inspection and look for any crack after fitting in the presence of the Technician. If found any crack then it shall be replaced by us at no extra cost.


PAYMENT POLICY

(a) Doorstep Mobile Repairing has a No Fix, No Pay policy.

(b) All payments are made by the customer once the service is done.


3 MONTHS SERVICE WARRANTY FOR BATTERY AND CHARGING PORT REPLACEMENT

The replaced battery and charging port comes with a 3 months service warranty. In which, if a customer experiences any issue with the battery or charging port then we shall replace them at no extra cost.


SERVICE FEE

(a) Total cost for any repair and replacement is inclusive of our service fee.

(b) In case of water damage and dead phone repair, if the phone is found not repairable only the service fee is charged to the customer.
